Welcome back! Is ForEx a good way to make money online? I was wondering the same thing myself and FINALLY decided to give it a try. After all, if you have been looking for ways to make money online for an significant amount of time you have likely ran in to some pretty outrageous claims about ForEx and I am here to give you the straight scoop!

First you may be wondering, just what exactly is ForEx? I will give you a brief overview of the concept behind it, then we’ll look into some ways to use it as a way to start a home based business and use it to (hopefully!) make money online!

Basically, ForEx is an acronym for Foreign Exchange and it is a HUGE global currenct market. To give you an idea, in 2007 the average DAILY volume of currency exchanged on the global ForEx market was US$3.2 trillion. That’s right, 3.2 TRILLION DOLLARS A DAY! Current estimates claim that has increased somewhere in the neighborhood of 41%, so these days the volume is in the right around US$5 trillion per day. Of course, the aim of getting involved in the foreign currency exchange market is to try to grab a little piece of that!

The main purpose of the ForEx market is to facilitate trade and investment in the global economy. Now I am not an economics major, so I will NOT be explaining to you all the intricacies of foreign currency exchange. Rather, the purpose of this article is to see if you can find a way to grab a TINY piece of the ForEx market and use it as a way to make money online. Suffice it to say that the market exists to allow investors in London (the biggest single ForEx market, by the way), China, the U.S. and other major players in our global economy a market to exchange their currencies to allow big transactions to occur. The main players are big private and commercial banks, central banks, currency speculators (this is where we come in), corporations, governments and other financial institutions.

So now that you’ve gotten this far and have some idea of what exactly the ForEx foreign currency exchange market is, how are we going to go about using it to make money online? Read on!

As I see it, you have three options and I will cover them in detail. First is likely the simplest- hire someone! Find yourself a broker skilled in trading in the ForEx foreign exchange currency markets, give him (or her, ladies!) a bunch of money and let the broker take care of it for you- for a commission of course. Since you are looking for ways to make money online, we will discount this as an option. But I did have to share it with you, after all at HomeBasedHowTo we cover every angle!

The second option is to do all that work the broker would do for you- yourself! Do all kinds of market research, read international papers, stay abreast of global politics and become an expert on all types of foreign policies and relationships between every country on the planet so you’ll know who is getting ready to invest in whom. You’ll find out when and where these major transactions are going to take place and jump in to take advantage, right? Maybe, but I doubt it. There is too much life going on out there to worry about all that kind of stuff (because unless you are a college professor or political science major it’s pretty dang boring). And trust me (and everyone else) when we tell you it’s damned tough to “time the market”, whether it’s the stock market, the ForEx market, precious metals, you name it. Nope, you need a better way, a system to make money online that is easy to understand and use, doesn’t cost a fortune and most important of all, actually works!

So what is the system, you ask? A robot! Yes, that’s right a robot- a ForEx robot. A sophisticated computer software program that digs deep into the foreign currency exchange markets, ignoring all the politics and boring stuff, and analyzes every possible trade and outcome, ranks them according to outcome and figures out statistically EXACTLY which trade outcome is likely to be the most profitable for you- AUTOMATICALLY! A high tech ForEx robot that doesn’t care about international politics or anything else, just numbers pure and simple. Because the numbers are what make the difference. A
market-analyzing robot that is right 91.25% of the time! A ForEx robot that took an initial investment of $10,000 and turned it into over $2,000,000.00 in profit! Another case study- $2700.00 turned into $9329.46 in just 40 days- a 245% return on investment! $320.00 multiplied into $7635.24 in THREE DAYS!!

Does all this sound too good to be true? Sure it does. The internet is FULL of snake-oil salesman hawking get-rich-quick schemes and all sorts of ways to make money online. Outrageous claims abound, everyone out there has come up with a ground-breaking new way they used to “crack the code” and “explode the market” to “make millions of dollars on autopilot”. So what’s the difference with this one? ForEx Maestro actually works!

How do I know it really works? Because I bought it! I started trading a week ago with an initial account balance of $300.00, and as of the time of this writing my account balance is $855.26! Not bad for a week’s work, on autopilot, is it? Hey I didn’t believe I could become a money-making machine using a simple piece of ForEx trading software either, but I decided to give it a shot- after all it comes with a 2-month MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! And who knows, maybe my short-lived success is just a glitch in the matrix. Maybe I will lose back everything I have made and then some. Maybe in another 7 weeks I be calling ForEx Maestro and asking for my money back. But I don’t think so.

Well, if you made it this far, congratulations! Those of you who read this blog know I stand behind what I write. For me, this is about making money online and ForEx, so far, has worked out VERY WELL for me. Give it a shot, with the money-back guarantee and my personal recommendation you really have nothing to lose!

I know it may really seem like I am beating this topic to death, but trust me- and ask some of the referrals who have signed up with InBox Dollars and are starting to realize it is a great way to make money online!

I got another check in the mail today from InBox Dollars, and this one had more referral earnings than my own earnings! That is the beauty of using InBox Dollars to make money online, it can take a while to get started with it and get your links out there, but once you start to get a few people signed up under you, the money can really start to come pretty easily!

To give you an idea of how much I am making online from InBox Dollars, let me put it this way- I have about 80 different websites set up on 8 different domains/subdomains and 2 hosting accouts. The money I make online from InBox Dollars is more than enough to cover all the costs associated with running those sites- the domain registrations and renewals, private registration fees and the hosting costs.

If you aren’t looking to grab such a big chunk of virtual real estate and you are just looking for a simple and legitimate way to make money online (for Christmas presents or maybe a long weekend vacation!), then InBox Dollars is a program I can definitely recommend!

Just a quick update for you blog readers- I got a check in the mail from money I made online today using Inbox Dollars, this one was for $77.04 and was for January of 2009.
Just a quick update for you blog readers- I got a check in the mail from money I made online today using Inbox Dollars, this one was for $77.04 and was for January of 2009. The checks from I.D. are starting to come more regularly, as people learn that they are actually legitimate and continue to sign up! They are still running the $5 bonus to your account when you sign up, and the free and paid trial offers you can check out to speed up your earnings are better than ever.

I have said before you will probably not be able to retire on the money you make from Inbox Dollars. But with a few referrals in your so-called “downline”, $100 per month for reading a few emails and doing a few blog posts is not at all out of the question. Like I have said, Inbox Dollars is a great simple way to make enough money online by reading emails to more than cover hosting costs, as well as buying a few domain names here and there to expand your virtual real estate. And when it comes
to making money online, your “virtual real estate” is the name of the game. Your own website, powered with unique thoughts for the search engines, a few referral links from the sponsors you use to make money online, some well-placed AdSense ads and given enough time is a true and proven way to generate a little (or a lot- depending on your traffic) extra income from working at home!

Inbox Dollars is a great place to get started, so check it out now- you have nothing to lose!

Thought I’d give y’all an update on my thoughts on Hits4Pay vs. InBoxDollars. A while back I said I recommended both, but I have to change that opinion now. After using both for some time now, and getting a few checks from ID, I have decided Hits4Pay is just too much of a hassle.

Rather than being able to simply click a link in an email to read the paid email from InBox Dollars (which is very simple!), with H4P you have to go a page, log in and sit and wait for messages to load, then read them, then wait sometimes 5 minutes for thecredit for reading the paid email before you can read the next one.

I’ve decided this is simply too much of a hassle when trying to make money reading email, so I can no longer recommend Hits4Pay (notice the lack of referral links!) and instead must give my whole-hearted support to InBoxDollars! I would seriously advise you readers to check them out!

Greetings all! Things have been, as usual, crazy around here! But I’ve got a few minutes to write for you guys today and I thought I’d change things up a bit. The last few posts have been some of my random thoughts on PageRank, AdSense, and traffic issues. Today we’re back to a way to make a few bucks online again!

This is another similar program to Inbox Dollars, in that you get paid to read email. The name of this program is Hits4Pay. The signup and account setup is very simple, and you get a $10 bonus for signing up through HomeBasedHowTo! The process itself is also quite simple. You’re notified via your regular email service whenever there is a paid email in your inbox at Hits4Pay. You simply click a link in the email you get at your regular inbox and it takes you to your paid email inbox at Hits4Pay. You read the email, click a link for verification purposes, make a few cents and you’re done!

Also similar to Inbox Dollars, they offer an affiliate program whereby you sign up people underneath you and earn a percentage of the money they make reading emails.

Hits4Pay seems to pay out a little better for reading the emails than does Inbox Dollars, but they don’t offer the other incentivized offers than Inbox Dollars does. All the same, a few cents here and a few cents there can really add up over time, and when you start adding small money to small money, soon enough you get bigger money. Money that can be used for things like a paid hosting account- I recommend ebound hosting by the way. Denis and his guys are great! It can also be money you save up to spend on an autoresponder- more about that later also. You can use the money from reading emails to buy a good ebook with information on how to make even more money online- more on this later also!

The point is this- I said I was going to walk you through legitimate ways to make money online, and that’s what we’re going to do, and have been doing. Home based business isn’t always a simple thing when you’re starting out. There are many many different ways to make money using the internet, and there can be a very steep learning curve. My goal here is to help you out as much as I can to avoid some of the pitfalls, keep you from wasting money on things that don’t work, and focus on honest ways to make money online.

Back to Hits4Pay, my advice is to sign up today- you get a $10 bonus in your account if you click here and sign up now!

Well look at this, two posts in one week! I was serious when I said I’d be re-committing myself to my duties here at homebasedhowto, getting this site up to the standards I had set out when I started. Plus as we all know (or maybe some of you don’t but will be learning), fresh content is the king when it comes to getting those all-important google rankings. Anybody can put up a cheesy sales page, cram it full of affiliate links, run an adwords campaign and hope they get enough sales to overcome the expense of buying all the clicks. I know this, because I’ve tried it! AdWords can break the bank relatively quickly, if you don’t know what you are doing. And believe me, I don’t claim to know what I am doing! I did run a campaign awhile back that was profitable, but only marginally so. It would have taken 10-15 more campaigns doing the same thing to generate enough sales (after buying the traffic) to be an income worthy of doing anything with. You can very quickly have high-priced clicks going to a page that for whatever reason, doesn’t generate sales and you will be upside-down in no time. There are people that have built entire home-based operations around this, and have been very successful. But they are targeting specific niches, maybe even sub-niches, where clicks can be bought cheap and you have very targeted buyers in mind. One last point I’d like to make about AdWords is that for the most part, people who click the ad are at least somewhat motivated to buy whatever it is they’re looking for- so if your landing page is good enough you should be able to convert reasonable well. More on this stuff later.

I prefer to go after the “natural” rankings, the ones that show up on the main part of the Google results. And believe me, those can be tough to come by- depending on what your niche is. Something broad, like “home based business” is an extremely competitive niche and by itself almost too broad. But getting this site to that coveted “First Page of Google” status is my goal, and I am going to do it! There is a certain segment of search-engine users who don’t pay any attention to the “sponsored results” (those are the AdWords listings), but again this will be very niche-specific. They will definitely be a tougher sell, but if your product is worth it they will be loyal customers and unlikely to cause you headaches down the road. Depending on the niche, the highly coveted #1 on Google can be relatively simple- I have several sites (outside the scope of this discussion, suffice it to say that they exist) where I am consistently #1 and always on the first page. But these sites don’t generate a great deal of revenue, simply because they are related to an obscure niche that doesn’t get searched for. My point is this- it is possible to get to that first spot, now what do you do when you get there???

As Ron White says in his famous bit about getting kicked out of a bar in New York City, “I told you that story so I could tell you this story…”. And here’s the story- a great way to monetize traffic you are able to get to a site where the traffic doesn’t cost you anything (natural #1 Google listing), vs. buying clicks through AdWords, is with Google’s AdSense program. The concept of monetizing traffic, if that term is new to you, is to simply get paid when a visitor leaves your site. It could be through a product sale at a linked sales page, a sign-up as an affiliate to a program you promote, or through AdSense. If you’re not familiar with it, take a look to the right and you’ll see AdSense there, in the box that says “Ads by Google”. Basically, those are people who bid on clicks and when the ad is clicked, they are charged. Since, by virtue of being the site owner, I am the one supplying the click, I get a commission for each click. Now it’s against the TOS of AdSense for me to ask you to click, so that is definitely NOT what I am doing, I am merely giving you a brief overview of the concept, in case it’s new to you. By the way, Yahoo and MSN also have their own “versions” of AdSense, but they are not
nearly as popular as Google’s, I imagine simply because Google is the #1 search engine and as such generates higher prices for the clicks, part of which is passed on to site owners who incorporate Adsense.

Is AdSense going to make you millions and fund an early retirement? Possibly, but unlikely. The way I see it, you need to give visitors to your sites two choices when they leave- either click the “X” and close out the window, or click a link that will somehow generate revenue- and AdSense is a great option for that!

Well, as you can see from the dates between posts, life in the real world has been a little hectic around Countryside! We’ve been so busy with concrete work in Minnesota that I haven’t had much (read: any!) time to devote to my little blog here. I apologize for that, but I am now making a concerted effort to give updates at least once per week on the little things I do here and there to try to make an honest dollar over the internet. The focus of todays update is a program called Inbox Dollars.

I’ve been working with them so far for about 6 months now, and I can honestly tell you they are a legitimate way to make money online. You can do as much or as little with them as you like, from simply opening emails and clicking a few links all the way up to completing surveys and signing up for trial offers for both real and digital/online products and services.

It just so happens that their office is only about 5 miles from my house, so I drove by there one day just to see if it actually exists. And it does! I would have taken a picture to post it up here for you guys to look at, but the battery in my digital camera was dead that night (someone, and I won’t say who….left it on!). But I will get back over there and take a picture of the building. There are literally millions of scams and get-rich-quick schemes online, and it’s hard to know who to trust, who to give your money to, etc. So seeing a bricks-and-mortar operation where the company actually operates can go a long way toward adding legitimacy.

The other cool thing about Inbox Dollars is that it doesn’t cost anything to join. You can read emails to make money, as well as some simple surveys and trial offers. Some of the offers do require a sign-up fee, but it is less than the money you get from Inbox Dollars for trying them. A word of caution- many of them have an automatic re-bill option
after the trial period, so if you don’t like the product or service, make sure to cancel before you get billed!

As far as how much money you’ll make- it’s really up to you. If all you do is read emails, complete surveys and try free product offers, you can expect to make around $100/year. Now I know that isn’t huge, but it is enough to cover a hosting account to handle your websites, rather than relying on unreliable free services, and/or hosting platforms that clog up your space with ads and traffic leaks (but this is really another subject!). If you start to complete some of the
product offers requiring trial periods, some of those offers can be fairly lucrative, paying anywhere from $5-$7 up to $15-$20 per trial. That money can add up fairly quickly and end up being enough for a car payment or a vacation savings account! They also offer a referral service where you can send friends to them to sign up and you will get a paid a percentage (rather small, but everything helps!) of the money they make from Inbox Dollars.

One possible downside is that it requires a PayPal account, but everyone looking to work online from home should really have on of those anyway, and you can get one here. PayPal is free to sign up for, and it doesn’t cost anything to make purchases from your account. The only cost involved comes when you receive payment, then there is a small fee deducted from the payment to cover their processing costs. It is safe and secure, and PayPal really sets the standard as far as online payment processing.
My final review of Inbox Dollars is this- it is 100% legitimate, offering a viable way to make money online working from home. I highly recommend everyone try it, it is free and you really have nothing to lose!
